  • HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIDEOS?

    Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with login credentials to access our member site.

  • DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A VIDEO LICENSE EVERY YEAR?

    We offer licensing in three different lengths:  1 year, 3 year and Lifetime.  Choose the option that works best for your school and funding.

  • CAN I DOWNLOAD THE VIDEOS?

    Due to licensing and copyrights, videos can only be streamed while logged into your member site.  If wifi is an issue for your site, we recommend purchasing our DrumIN Program.

  • WHAT DIFFERENCE EQUIPMENT PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?

    We offer Deluxe and Basic equipment packages to meet all budgets.  Contact us today for a quote!

  • CAN I RENT THE EQUIPMENT?

    We have discontinued our rental programs but now offer a NEW program called DrumIN’ that gives you the flexibility to try DrumFIT out without purchasing.

  • WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE EQUIPMENT?

    The warranty ranges from lifetime to 90 days, depending on the product.  Sticks have a 90 day warranty,  balls are 2 year, pumps are 2 years, bags are 1 year and stands are lifetime.

  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

    DrumFIT has offices and warehouses in Austin, TX, USA and Kitchener, ON, Canada.  We are proud to service all of North America!
