  • Remote Sales Executive

    Sales Representative (K-12 Education) Hiring for Three Locations   Job Description We are currently expanding our reach in several states and are seeking sales professionals familiar with the K-12 educational market in the North East, South East and West Coast USA.  This is a chance for you to use your talents to bring Physical Education for the Next Generation to K-12 and higher education environments.  We deliver cutting edge, online PE programming in a non-competitive environment that improves individual fitness skills.  DrumFIT has been dubbed ‘Netflix for PE’. Who We’re Looking For:
    • A talented, passionate individual based in the North East, who is familiar with state educational market in regards to selling into schools.
    • An understanding of the education industry. While we are fitness and physical education focused, knowledge of working with and selling to Superintendents, school boards and academic administrators a huge plus
    • Detail oriented, dependable, responsible.
    • Someone who can create effective and innovative sales opportunities that address educational outcomes and student empowerment.
    • Not afraid to voice your opinion, pitch your ideas and add your own cool mark.
    • Comfortable with flexibility, working from home and travel.
    • Employ effective consultative techniques including pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies that lead to winning business.
    • Demonstrate organizational and follow-up abilities.
    • Deliver technology presentations to teachers and administrators.
    • Implement company initiatives into sales territory.
    • Excellent presentation skills and exceptional verbal and written communication.
    Pluses:
    • Consistent track record for excelling in a K-12  sales environment.
    • Technological proficiency and strong working knowledge of mobile technologies, computer applications and business CRM’s such as insightly.

  • Part-Time Instructor Waterloo, ON

    Part Time Instructor - Waterloo, ONTARIO This is not your typical instructor position! We are a fitness education company that works with both PE teachers in schools and with fitness professionals in the industry. If you are passionate about fitness and making a change in the lives of the people you work with, then this might be the job for you! We are looking for an outgoing person who is full of energy and loves working with people of all ages and abilities. What kinds of things will you do in this job:
    • Lead full day group fitness instruction in schools
    • Lead group fitness instruction in communities
    • Lead family fitness classes
    • Attend conferences and trade shows and run workshops
    • Lead training classes for teachers and fitness professionals
    • Choreograph new routines
    • Perform new routines on camera
    Here are some of the skills we’re looking for:
    • You are in excellent shape – this is a physically demanding job!
    • You are organized, hardworking and able to work alone or with a team
    • You have experience leading group fitness classes
    • You are great at cueing and bring great energy to your classes
    • You love working with kids
    • You can use a computer well: email, word, excel, google docs etc.
    • You must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
    • You must be able to travel within the Canada & USA, some weekend work will be required at times.
    • You must be able to pass a criminal record check and vulnerable sector check

  • Choreographer’s Assistant- Paid Internship

    Work in the heart of downtown Austin at a fun, fast growing company! This position is an amazing opportunity to learn. DrumFIT creates monthly content for P.E. Classes and this position will allow you to gain experience in the entire choreographic process. You will become familiar with our product, hear from our clients what they need/want, and assist in implementing that feedback into the choreography. You will also have an opportunity to film routines in studio, learn the production and post-production process, and develop a technical skill set by assisting in launching the finished product to our web-based platform. Job Responsibilities:
    • Assist in choosing appropriate music from our music library
    • Present and demonstrate choreography at conferences and events
    • Work with the Director on strategy and scheduling
    • Integrate educational standards for the appropriate levels
    • Filming choroegraphy in studio.
    This position requires multiple skill sets. Previous dance and choreography experience and being comfortable and energetic performing in front of a camera are a must! A perfect candidate for this job would be interested in gaining experience in:
    • Education- creating choreographed curriculum for grades K-12
    • Choreography- constructing and instructing
    • Fitness- techniques in instruction, cueing, alignment, sequencing
    • On-Camera/Filming- teaching and speaking on camera, understanding production, learning the post production to product process
